It’s a real honour for me to teach a non-residential workshop in this beautiful center in Perpignan that Louis Rosario created. (Louis was a friend and student of mine and of other teachers.)

Louis has sadly left us all now but he has not left my thoughts; he was sunshine on a cloudy day and I can only hope to reproduce his fervent passion for the subject, science and art that is yoga.

I will teach a general-level workshop, (minimum 2-3 years regular Iyengar Yoga practice) and I look forwards very much to seeing and meeting you all there on your mats!
